This year again a delegation of Grenoble Ecole de Management has been to London to participate in the famous LiMUN (London International Model United Nations). Our students were there with law students (AMEDIE) and represented several delegations for a number of committees. Among others, Mexico, the United States of America, Cyprus, Cameroon, Saudi Arabia were represented in committees such as UNESCO, the Human Rights Council or more infamous ones like ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organisation).
This 20th edition of the LiMUN started with the opening ceremony held in Westminster, where speeches were delivered by notorious figures such as the General Secretary of the Common Wealth. Negotiations then happened in Kings College for three intense days. It was the opportunity to defend ideas and meet fellow delegates from the entire world.
We hope to come back next year and to obtain more experience.

Cette année encore, une délégation de Grenoble Ecole de Management s’est rendue à Londres pour participer au très connu LiMUN (London International Model United Nations). Les membres de GEM ONU étaient accompagnés d’étudiants en droits de l’association AMEDIE pour représenter plusieurs délégations dans de nombreux comités différents. Parmi d’autre, la délégation du Mexique, celle des États-Unis, de Chypre, du Cameroun, et de l’Arabie Saoudite étaient représentées dans des comités tels que l’UNESCO, HRC, ou encore ICAO.
Cette 20ème édition du LiMUN débuta avec une cérémonie d’ouverture qui s’est déroulé à Westminster. Durant cette cérémonie, des personnalités d’influences ont délivrés des discours, parmi elles, la secrétaire générale du Common Wealth. Trois jours de négociations intenses s’en suivirent au King’s College. Ce fut l’occasion pour nos délégués de défendre les intérêts de leurs pays et de rencontrer d’autres participants du monde entier.
Nous espérons y retourner l’année prochaine et en revenir avec encore plus d’expérience !
